Sophos Container Password reset deletes Configuration


i have an Issue that other People here seems so had too in the past.

Im trying to reset the Container password for an user on IOS, but im running into a problem here.

I reset their container password through Sophos Central, but it doesn't seem to work as intended. The user gets a message that there is no active configuration and they need to resync. Nothing happens after they click the resync button. 

I already tried to assign the Policy again, force close the App, resync over the Control app but nothing seems to work.

The only thing that works is Installing the app again, but this can't be the Solution.

Is there any help?
