Shared mailbox support for Sophos Secure Email App

Question

Please tell me if the shared mailbox is supported for the Android or iOS Sophos Email app for Sophos Mobile. We are using Standalone EAS Proxy and on-prem Microsoft Exchange server 2016. How to configure it correctly, because when sending email from the Sophos mobile email app, it stays in the outbox indefinitely.

 Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 Sophos Secure Email has reached its EOL. We suggest moving over to the Android and iOS equivalents (Android Work Profile and Apple User Enrolment), instead of using the Sophos Container apps, as they are no longer supported. You may refer to the article below for more details:
