Can't install Sophos intercept x for android...on Android

Hello,

It seems that google play is encountering some problem installing "Sophos Intercept X on Android" on my SmarthPhone. Could it be that my phone does not meet the Sophos installation requirements?

The characteristics of my Smartphone are the following:

May I know what device this is? Please also share a screenshot of the error message when you tried to install the app.

CPU: ARM Cortex-A55

OS: Android 11

Intercept X for Mobile supports smartphones and tablets with arm-v7a and arm64-v8a architecture.
