MDM can't install apps from Managed Play Store, wants Google account

Are these registered as Android Enterprise Full Device?

Can you please test the following steps and see if this helps?

• Open the Sophos Mobile Control client
• Go to the "Management info" section
• Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner
• Select the "Re-authenticate with Google Play" option

i have the same problem as Andreas Sandner. Our Devices are also fully managed but i dont have the option to "Re-authenticate with Google Play".

Any Tips?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I was able to find that this behavior has already been reported by another customer, and this is already being investigated by our internal team. Based on the initial analysis, it appears to be caused by a problem with Google. I'll keep you posted as it progresses.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

So far, there has been no further response from Google regarding this issue. But our internal team is actively investigating to see if there's a way to work around this. Can you confirm if the affected devices have PIN codes added to them? If yes, kindly have those PINs temporarily removed and check if the issue remains.

We are having a similar issue with a few Android 13 devices.  Will try the re-authenticate action tomorrow.  In the past we've just wiped the work profile and started over.  Hoping this works!

We could not notice any change when a pin is used or not. Can you tell us the status with Google support?
