Trouble Accessing Company Email on Sophos Mobile App

I've recently run into a bit of a snag with the Sophos Mobile app, specifically related to accessing my company email. Whenever I try to open the app and access my email, I'm getting an error message that says "Unable to connect to the email server. Please try again later." I've double-checked my internet connection, and it seems to be working perfectly fine for other apps and browsing. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with the Sophos Mobile app?
