Hello community, if an email is received with Secure Email on the Android mobile phone and the attachment (pdf, Office document) of this email is opened using Secure Workspace, the document is displayed, but a gray, translucent bar is placed over the center of the document. This cannot be removed. The behavior has only been around for about 3 weeks. Why is this and how can I fix this?

As discussed via private message, this is now resolved. This is caused by a license issue with Polaris, which is a component we use for accessing documents via Secure Workspace.
The license extension has been provided until the end of this year, which matches the EOL date for Sophos Container Apps.
As mentioned in the above article:
"We encourage existing customers using the Sophos Container apps (Sophos Secure Email and Secure Workspace) to transition to the Android and iOS equivalents (Android Work Profile and Apple User Enrolment). The Sophos Secure Email and Sophos Secure Workspace apps will be removed from the app stores in December 2023 and will not be supported after this date."
