Intercept X for mobile

Are you trying to install the standalone version of the Intercept X Mobile? Can you share a screenshot of this error message, please?

We are currently looking into this. In the meantime, could you also share a screenshot of the issues found under the "Device security"? Does it tell you any specific setting to be corrected or updated?

The second screenshot is the same, here is it which shows under the device security.

this is the only error I am having, I was using Motorola with Android 11 till last week, without any issues. past 5+ years I am using Sophos, earlier name, and now Interceptor X. 

the above happens to me just I started with the new S23 on Saturday.  searched a lot on Google, but couldn't find any helpful topics.

We've tested it on a Pixel 5 running Android 13, and it installed fine. Could you try the following, please?

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services.
2. Tap on the 3-dot menu icon and select Uninstall Updates.
3. Tap on Ok when prompted.
4. After the Play Store Services have been uninstalled (or downgraded), open the Google Play Store app and re-download Google Play services.
5. Once the Play Store Services have been updated, reboot the device.
