Increase the display timeout in IOS

The said feature isn’t yet available on our Sophos mobile. The display timeout can only be configured per device settings, not in Sophos Central.

Suppose you wish to add this feature. You may raise a feature request by contacting your account manager for them to proceed with the request. You may refer to this community post for more instructions on raising the request.

Thank you for the reply but I am talking about the iPhone. On IOS devices we have these limitations. 

Thank you for your reply. Are we talking about the default limitation of IOS devices that Apple applied to those supervised devices, explained in this Apple documentation? 

As for Sophos mobile, this feature isn’t available, and we don't have a policy that can change the screen display timeout.

Thank you again for the prompt reply! I have checked all the resterictions but there is nothing that has to do with "Auto-Lock"
I can only choose between 30 seconds and 1 minute

I do see some options which will allow you to configure the maximum auto-lock timeout. Let me know if this is what you are looking for.
