We will be retiring the legacy Sophos Ideas portal (https://ideas.sophos.com) on 26 July 2022.

To replace Sophos Ideas, we are introducing a modern feature request process that will capture ideas and feedback via the Sophos Sales Engineers who will enter information directly into our Product Management planning tools via our sales systems. This new improved process lets us track and manage ideas more efficiently, connecting feature request to customer accounts and opportunities. 

Of course, customers can also discuss and comment on ideas directly in the different product communities here at https://community.sophos.com. Our product teams are monitoring requests and suggestions and your comments will not go unheard.

How can a customer or partner submit a feature request?

Existing customers should contact their Sophos partner or sales representative.

Furthermore, some products have in-product feedback capabilities to capture comments and requests directly in the product itself.
