Hello, we switched to Sophos Mobile Central in the last week, Unfortunately,
our iOS devices are not synchronized for the 6 hours configured in the compliance policy.
However, the automatic background update for Sophos Control is active on the iOS devices.
It can't be the case that the users have to carry out the synchronization manually again and again.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum. Is this happening on all of your iOS devices or only on selected ones? What's the iOS version running on the affected devices?
Have you also had a chance to take a look at this Sophos Mobile: Requirements and limitations for synchronization on an iOS device?
Do you know if the Control app is running actively in the task-switcher, or has the app been closed out entirely?
