Hi,
we have iphones that are not managed and should only be equipped with the intercept x mobile license.
As soon as we want to install the web content filter as a profile, the following error appears:
profile installation failed.
Unsupervised devices require a content filter uuid in the content filter payload.
However, we can't find any information about it or a way to enter it.
The web filter is therefore not active

Can you confirm that you are selecting "Enroll Sophos Intercept X mobile with policy" from Sophos Central when you generate the QR code to be scanned?
Update:
When checking the configuration options present in SMC, it appears the Web Filtering option requires the device to be supervised. I will reach out to our team internally to ensure this is more-clearly stated in the documentation as well.
