when i try to configure Sophos Secure Mail on iOS, the app displays "The app did not recived an Sohpos-Container-Policy.".
Is it possible to resolve the problem and how?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. Is this only affecting one device? Has the Sophos Container Policy been assigned in Central? If it's showing assigned but the app is not receiving it, I suggest opening the Sophos Mobile Control app to perform a sync with Sophos Central.

No, it´s affecting every device. In the Sophos Mobile Portal, i do not have the option, to create a Container Policy.

Can you please confirm how you're configuring the Sophos Secure Mail? We also have these guidelines for configuring Sophos Container policies for iOS - Configurations for Sophos Container Policy. Please note that managing Sophos Secure Email with Sophos Mobile is only available for Sophos Central accounts created before October 1, 2022 and for accounts migrated from an on-premise installation of Sophos Mobile.
