Database update error

Hello,

I get the following error when i upgrade to 3.6.0.5:

Error! Database update error and error database version en setup version do not match.

3.0.0.6 != 3.6.0.5

How can i solve this problem?

    Hi Michael,

    please open a support request with our support for this issue.
    A database update error can have several reasons and log files are required to troubleshoot this.

    When opening a support request, please include all Sophos Mobile Control logs located at "%MDM_HOME%\jboss\server\mdm\log"
