Question: can we switch from a device registered in "Full device" mode to a device registered in "Work Profile" mode?
(or, as I feel, we have to recover the phone physically, to do a reset)?
Hello Frank,Thank you for reaching the community. To proceed with witching the enrollment method of your device from Full device to work profile. A factory reset is required as there’s no way to unenroll a device under "full device" management rather than wiping it out. This has been described in this documentation.
