Can't Unenroll mobile device after trail is expired

According to this page https://docs.sophos.com/central/Mobile/help/en-us/AdminHelp/EnrollDevices/Unenroll/index.html in order to unenroll a device i need to:

  1. On the menu sidebar, under MANAGE, click Devices.
  2. Select the Android Enterprise work profile devices you want to unenroll.
  3. Click Actions > Wipe Android work profile.
  4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

However those options are not available now when the 30 day free trial is expired.

How can I unenroll Android Enterprise work profile devices after the trail is expired?

    This might saved me hours of time and money talking to Sophos support and reading though articles.

    I will strongly suggest to put this in an article or something or if there is such make it more obvious and educate your support.
