Sophos Secure Email - Traveler - Can't create Mail folders

Hi again Sophos Community,

Some further questions regarding Sophos Secure Email on iOS. 

I found all the standard functions working except one - It seems I am unable to create folders. I can only view the folders and subfolders and their contents. I could not find any documentation or mention for this feature. This behavior is the same on iPhone and iPad.

Here is a screenshot of how it looks on iPad:

The Sophos Secure Email version is 8.65.2

We are using HCL Traveler Version 12.0.1

Also, under "Known Issues" I found that push notifications won't work with HCL Traveler. Is this information still recent? Is this under development?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    When checking the functionality of the Sophos Secure Email application, I can confirm that creating a folder is not currently possible.

    If you'd like to see this functionality added to future versions of the SSE application, I suggest sending in a feature request. You can do this by reaching out to your Sophos Account Manager. If you'd like assistance in finding out who this may be, please send me a PM.

    I cannot see any open development tickets regarding notifications support for HCL Traveler, I suggest opening a support case regarding this issue. If you can share the case ID with me, I can follow up with our team regarding this as well.

    Thanks for checking. I'm relieved that I haven't missed anything, but it's a shame that this isn't a feature. 

    We will have to deliberate if we use the application, but we'll definitely submit this feature request.

    As for the push notifications - If we continue with the app I will get back to you as soon as I have a case number.
