Android app install Completely failed

When I try to install uploaded application, I receive the error "The enrollment type of the device doesn’t support the selected action." Error code -115

  • From the screenshots shared here, it looks like you are managing the Central Intercept X Mobile application from the SMC portal. Enrolling the CIXM application will allow you to apply different mobile threat defence policies to the device, but this does not allow you to control the entire device. 

    In order to deploy apps to the device, you will need to use the "Sophos Mobile Control" application from the Google Play Store and enroll it with the SMC portal using either "Full Device" or "Work Profile" management. If you do not wish to wipe the device, I recommend using the "Work Profile" management mode.
