How to restrict user access to the Apple ID Banner in settings

Hello all,

Am currently trying to restrict our users from accessing the Apple ID Banner at the top of the settings so they can't log out of the iCloud email. Do not see the setting anywhere and was hoping if this is possible. Another tech said they were able to but forgot where the setting was. I've spent hours trying to locate the setting but see it nowhere in the policy settings.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

  • There might be restrictions set up on your device, so tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes, and check to see if Account changes are allowed. If not, enable them and check to see if your Apple ID is no longer grey.
