I recommend uninstalling the current version of the Sophos Intercept X Mobile application to re-install it. The re-install will verify that you have the latest version possible.
Let me know if you continue to experience issues, if so, we’ll need to gather logs to look into the matter further.
But it was only installed a few hours earlier? It wasn't like it was installed a few months or years ago?
