Network security - Web Filtering turned off permanently on Vivo 1901

This seems like a persistent problem which has not been resolved for over 5 years -

I have same problem on Vivo 1901.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community.

    I recommend uninstalling the current version of the Sophos Intercept X Mobile application to re-install it. The re-install will verify that you have the latest version possible. 

    Let me know if you continue to experience issues, if so, we’ll need to gather logs to look into the matter further.
