Our Sophos Mobile licence has expired and we have decided to not renew it as we are moving across to Intune. Because our licence has expired, I can no longer see Mobile within Central so therefore cannot get to each device to unenroll them. As we currently have many devices registered in Mobile, is there a way for us to unenroll devices? One of the restrictions we had in place was to hide the Factory Reset on the iPads. Is the only way to now do this to connect them individually to iTunes (or Configurator) and manually reset them all?
