Device unenroll after licence expired

Our Sophos Mobile licence has expired and we have decided to not renew it as we are moving across to Intune. Because our licence has expired, I can no longer see Mobile within Central  so therefore cannot get to each device to unenroll them. As we currently have many devices registered in Mobile, is there a way for us to unenroll devices? One of the restrictions we had in place was to hide the Factory Reset on the iPads. Is the only way to now do this to connect them individually to iTunes (or Configurator) and manually reset them all?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community. 

    As an immediate step, if you have trials available to you, I recommend signing up for the "Sophos Mobile Control" trial. This will re-enable your access to the SMC portal from Sophos Central. 

    If the trial is not accessible to you, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can get you a temporary license extension so that you can make any necessary configuration changes. 
    If you already have a support case opened with our team, please provide the case ID here and I can inquire internally to get you connected to the correct team.
