Hello,
We have a MDM Policy to block changing Wifi Configuration and Factory Reset. However, an user was able to click to Reset Settings (which includes Security and Wireless).
Now, we can't reset it because the phone lost the Wifi Connection and it is not possible to reconnect it due to the policy.
How can we Factory Reset it or be able to disable temporary the Sophos MDM to connect the Phone to the Wifi?
