Mobile Management - Adding Device - Phone Number Not Valid

I attempted to setup two devices with international numbers. Both of the devices returned an error on the phone number which stated - Phone Number not Valid. I have setup other devices with international numbers with no issue. Could someone tell me why the issue would occur with these two numbers?

The devices are iPhone 11, and the numbers are from Bahrain. I have verified the numbers with the appropriate users. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Shirley Mastrorilli I have replicated the issue in my test environment to add this phone number and is successful. You can try adding the phone number after you enroll the device and see if it helps…

Thank you for the suggestion. Since I am dealing with overseas, I will not be able to attempt this until Sunday night. We have noticed that the application is only active for a few hours. I will update this questions once I add the phone.

With regard to the version - I was advised that based on the timing of the installation - it is 9.5 or 9.6. I am presuming you are not asking about the iphone that I am attempting to apply the app to. If you can direct me to where on the SOPHOS portal I can find the exact version, I would appreciate it. I have access to the portal and am able to perform many functions.

That is fine as long as it is the latest version. Did you try to enroll the device and then edit the phone number?
