Mobile device not compliant because of IOS Update pending, but no update available

HI,

some mobile devices show non compliant in central admin. Reason is a pending IOS update, but when searching for Updates on the device it says, there is no update. They are all on IOS 14.2. Could it be possible, that central admin looks up updates in a different region, where updates are rolled out already, like in the US? We are in Switzerland.

With the updated version release of SMC 9.6.5, devices with iOS 14 and later you have to exclude unsupervised devices from the Mandatory OS updates compliance rule. These devices don’t report available iOS updates. Please check the release notes below:

Hi,

so what you are saying is, that from now on I can't check device compliance via IOS version anymore?
