Prevent user from logging in with business account to non-managed apps

Dear all,

we want our User's to use the managed Office apps like Outlook, Word, OneDrive etc. to login with their business O365 accounts.
How can we prevent our User's to not login with the business O365 account to non-managed Office Apps or the default Android/iOS mail client?

Are you managing via Sophos Mobile control? What is the version you are currently on? You can check under the restriction policy to allow managing accounts.

Are you managing via Sophos Mobile control? What is the version you are currently on? You can check under the restriction policy to allow managing accounts.

Where can I check the version?

Managing accounts can only prevent the User to add/remove accounts to the work profile. I want the User to not be able to connect his work mailbox to any app that is not in the work profile.

Hi DennisG

Are you using EAS proxy? You can specify the email account if you are using EAS proxy with the applications.
