Wi-Fi Security not turning on

WiFi security on Android is not turning on. Background check is on but WiFi security remains off. Android 10.1.0.149 Huawei P30 pro.

Hi Zane Campbell Could you turn off all the network security settings once, restart the application and then try to turn back on?
