DEP token revoked

Dear Sirs,

We have Apple Business Manager and It is connected with MDM software Sophos Mobile Control 9.6.2 (on premise).

Unfortunately there is problem that we cannot solve with DEP token: "The Apple DEP server token might have expired or has been revoked. Please refer to https://business.apple.com."

Our token have been created with the same Apple ID (as suggested) and we are trying to execute renew process with it: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000039231?language=en_US

When we upload the new token we get this error: Could not request account details with uploaded DEP server token. The token seems to have the correct format, but might have expired or has been revoked.

 

Can you please advice how to proceed in that case?
