I have a problem to unlock/reset Samsung device with Android 9 OS. The problem is that the user has forgotten the password, that he has changed, this device has SMC app version 8.0.**, and no communication with Sophos Mobile Control server. Another problem that my company uses the factory reset deny policy, that works perfectly on Samsung devices.
I tried to enable Baidu service that would help the device communicating with the server, but no luck.
Any advice would be very helpful.

If there is no communication with Sophos Mobile control server, it might be difficult to reset the password. Though please check this link and see if it helps.
