Is there possible to make Android device backup using Sophos Mobile? If yes, then please share more info about this.
On Google I have found information that this was possible on Sophos Mobile Control 3.5.

To allow backups, the Android Devices should be set up as non-Enterprise Devices, within the Restriction Configuration(Android Device Profile), you can set "Allow backups" to create system backups. Kindly check this article for more information.

From Sophos Mobile Server, you need to create restriction policy, under security policy you need to check on allow backups, then you can assign the policy to the devices.
