ich habe beim Kunden folgende Situation: Mail Adresse nachname@kunde.de Benutzername vorname.nachname@kunde.de gibt es eine Möglichkeit da so abzubilden. Das ganze wird benötigt zur Anmeldung bei Office 365.
Die Platzhalter %_EMAILADDRESS_% %_USERNAME_% helfen mir da nicht wircklick

thax for your answer. I have also open a Ticket on Sophos Support.
The Product we use is Sophos Mobile Control Server-Version: 9.0.6 (rev 18703).
The issue is that the Mobile Device get no Email.

You can define which field to look up when configuring the LDAP connection and the value of the %_EMAILADDRESS_% placeholder should be replaced. In this article, on step 6 instead of selecting the field "mail" you can use "UPN" field. Let me know if you face any challenges.
