Removing 'Genieo'

Hi,

I've recently downloaded Sophos which alerted me to delete 'Genieo'. It has now been removing it for 20hours.

Should it take this long? Has it paused? Should I click cancel and start again? Or should I wait another day?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello rosa lewandowski,

Windows or Mac? Regardless it shouldn't take hours so cancel it. Was it shown as Cleanable or was the available action actually delete?

Windows or Mac? Regardless it shouldn't take hours so cancel it. Was it shown as Cleanable or was the available action actually delete?
