Cannot Delete File "You require permission from XXX\XXXXXXX to make changes to this file"

Received a Sophos email saying this

Virus/spyware 'Troj/JSRedir-RX' has been detected in "C:\Users\mshailer\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\f_03a930". Cleanup unavailable.

When I login with that user's creds and try to delete the file it says that I need that user's permission to make changes/delete the file. I have tried deleting the file as the user and the local admin. So far I can't delete the file.

Anyone have any thoughts or have seen this?

Cleared Cache but that file still shows up. Not sure if Sophos somehow locks that file once it's detected as a threat.

I just had this exact issue and was about to ask for assistance when I realised the file in question was actually using network shares so it was being quarantined by the server not by my client. So I had to authorise/cleanup via the servers AV client not my machine.
