We have just released a product enhancement to all partners that have enabled the PSA Ticketing integration.
Product enhancement:
New tickets generated for Firewalls in the PSA will be associated to the PSA Configuration Item of the corresponding firewall. This will improve the visibility to the configuration items most affected by specific Sophos alerts.
Enablement instructions:
- No action required in Sophos Central for partners that have the Ticketing integration enabled.
- Ensure that your firewalls are set up as PSA configuration items, and that the serial number field in the PSA configuration item is accurate.
