We are excited to announce the below improvements that are planned to be released on January 15th, 2025
The ConnectWise Automate plugin has been redesigned to have better response times for partners as they navigate key pages and functionality.
- Computer and endpoint pages load much faster – appx. 1 second to load a page out of 50K records
- New pagination has made navigation between pages faster - appx. 1 second to load a page out of 50K records
- Sorting speed has been improved on key columns – under 3 seconds to load the sorted results out of 50K records
- Filtering can be performed on multiple columns to help find the relevant devices faster
The new plugin also has new ways of finding the computers that you are looking for -
- The Computers page has a new quick filtering drop-down to help only focus on Sophos Managed / Sophos-non Managed / All computers
- A new Create Filter button has been added to the Computers page, which can be used to filter the list using multiple columns
- A new Endpoints page has been added to help focus on Sophos endpoints and take action on endpoints directly from the Sophos plugin
We highly recommend upgrading to the latest plugin version after January 15th, 2025.
