A new product enhancement is now adding a deep link in ConnectWise tickets pointing to the applicable Sophos endpoint/server device details page. Clicking on the new URL should open the Partner Dashboard and then re-direct to launch Central Admin in a new tab.

The new device details URL should save MSP technicians 20 seconds per ticket, which are typically spent manually searching for the customer and the device.

Please note:

  • The new feature is only available for partners who enable the Sophos/ConnectWise PSA Ticketing integration.
  • The feature is fully functional for MSP's with less than 100 customers. A bug fix is expected to be released on June 15th to enable the functionality for larger MSP's.
  • Browser pop-up blockers need to be adjusted to allow pop-ups from Sophos Central, in order to allow for launching of the Central Admin tab with the device details page.
