- Legacy Runners can no longer acquire runs without a feature flag enabled
- Self-Hosted Kubernetes Runner Pools now allow side-cars and custom DNS configuration
- Fixed issue where Runner Pools would only scale if items were in the queue, even if cluster minimum is greater than zero
- Improvements made to Runner Pool logging and error messages
