Quarantine how to black list it?
Was easy in puremessage
We have just had Sophos cloud installed with
Endpoint Advanced Protection,
Intercept X,
Server Advanced Protection,
Sophos Email Standard
using Sophos central admin and self-service portal, how do I add quarantine email to the black list?
The self service portal has no function apart from delete 1 by 1 or deliver no other functions and system remove after 14 days.
Sophos central admin I can see the email's that are in quarantine, but if the sender address is long I can't copy and paste to the black list also there is no right click function.
I have asked our partner, they keep sending me to what I know all ready.
we are looking at getting an XG 135 firewall with Fullguard Plus Package (Including Sandstorm) will this have a better email function?
