Sophos rejecting email fro SendGrid

Hi,

We are working with one of our clients who use Sophos for their email. The application we host for them uses SendGrid for transactional emails but Sophos is categorising the emails as Bulk and therefore blocking the emails - anything that can be done to allivate this?

This is the email details:

Thanks for any help that can be provided

  • Categorizing as Bulk doesn't mean Sophos is blocking them. It means you have a policy configured that you instructed Sophos to block them. Bulk in itself is exactly what it says it is, bulk email from marketing, mailers.....If the admin chooses to block them, not recommended, then we are simply honoring what the configuration told us to do. I would suggest easing up on blocking bulk mailers.
