Coding Error in Quarantine Report Mails

Not seeing in on my end, perhaps some encoding issue with your mail client? I've checked multiple systems and haven't seen the issue. If it persists please open a support case.

Thanks for yor reply. I opened a ticket as i see the mails already coming in lite that at the exchange server. 

Maybe its related to the sophos servers in the EU.

Please message me the case # so I can pull it up and escalate it.
