I'm writing this concern regarding on my outbound email. All my inbound email was okay, all inbound email is working fine and logs can be found on log and reports, but on my outbound no logs can be found. https://doc.sophos.com/central/customer/help/enus/ManageYourProducts/EmailSecurity/SophosGateway/ExternalServices/OutboundExchange/index.html. I've follow all the instructions on this link provided by sophos, but still not working. Hope for you fast respond. Thank you.
