Filtrado de correos entrantes basado en la estructura de asunto contable en Sophos Central

Hola a todos,

Estoy utilizando Sophos Central para gestionar la seguridad del correo electrónico en mi organización y me gustaría saber si existe alguna forma de configurar un filtrado específico para los correos entrantes basado en la estructura del asunto. En particular, necesito filtrar los correos que cumplan con la estructura contable definida para la recepción de facturas electrónicas.

La estructura de los asuntos de factura electrónica sigue el siguiente formato: 'Número de factura; Nombre del cliente; Código de factura; Tipo de factura'. Por ejemplo: '900676145; CYF CONSULTORES S A S; FE000136; 01'.

El problema es que los correos provenientes de los operadores de facturas, que son generadores masivos de correos electrónicos, están siendo bloqueados por Sophos Central. Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de configurar Sophos Central para permitir el ingreso de estos correos basados en la estructura del asunto mencionada.

Agradezco cualquier orientación o sugerencia sobre cómo abordar esta situación y configurar Sophos Central de manera que permita el ingreso de los correos con la estructura de facturas en el asunto.

    Thank you for posting into the Community.
    From how you described the structure/format that you want to trigger the email policy, it looks like there is a certain sequence that have to be observed. 

    I was thinking of using Data Control policies which looks at the keywords (Regular expressions) to trigger its action. However I can see that it looks into the body of the email as well (not just the subject) and so this can create false positives. I don't believe this is why regular expressions was meant to be used for in Data Control policies though so at the most, its basically trying to make a feature work for a different use. 

    So I would say that the feature to configure a filter so that it will look for multiple variables in a certain sequence is currently not present in Sophos Email.
