Add Shared Mailbox in Sophos Mail

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

The three types of mailboxes that you can add to Sophos Email are:

User, Distribution List, and Public Folder

If I am not mistaken a Shared Mailbox would be a Distribution List type of mailbox.

Thanks for your answer, but that didn't help me.
I have read the statement regarding the licensing several times in the community, but it is not a problem.

I found the following article in Sophos Help:

I can't select anywhere by adding a mailbox in the IOS and Androis Sophos Secure Mail which mailbox I want to add. Also i can't add a shared mailbox via the Sophos guidelines either. The same error always comes up.

Why don‘t you try to add a „distribution list“? (Verteiler)

Can you clarify what product are you using?

Is it Sohos Email or Sophos Mobile?

we use Sophos Mail for business emails. The policy for this comes through Sophos Mobile.
I get the error above in Sophos Email.
