Hello everyone! I hope this thread finds you well. We seem to have an issue with Sophos Email where malicious emails coming from GMAIL addresses seem to come through unscathed. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can tighten the reigns on these emails without quarantining or blocking all GMAIL emails? I am open to any ideas! Thanks!
Chris Murdaugh Thank you for posting in the Community. Sending email samples to our labs should resolve the issue. If the issue continues (if the same/similar emails are still getting through) eventhough you have been sending samples, we recommend getting a Support case created so we can investigate further.I would make sure that the instructions within the Recommended Reads link below are double checked first though before creating a case:
