We are having issues with mail delivery today. Looking at the logs in Exchange I am seeing the following entries. Anyone else having issue?

Take a look at this KB, most likely you haven't configured your on-prem server to support TLS.

We are using Office 365..Does this apply?
No, this one shouldn't affect O365.
But take a look at this one. Edit: This issue was resolved as of Sep 27 16:30 PST.
