Hey all,
How do you handle last name changes for a current user. I can't find a way to do this? The only thing I think I can do is to delete the original account in central and create new account but that means you will lose their allow/block list and whatever else settings they have.

You should be able to edit the name or last name by going to:
People >> click the name of the user >> In the new window, in the left panel click Edit >> in the new window under Firstname & Lastname, modify the name accordingly.
Hi Ninjatech1969,Further to Emmanuel's response to you, if you are using AzureAD sync or ADsync tool you will have to change the name within AzureAD or the on-premise Active Directory instead. After the change, synchronize and the change should be reflected in Central Email.
