Emails deleted with reason "Block user list"

Hello 

Sophos email has begun suddenly to delete emails from a particular sender to a particular recipient , as the user set with "block sender" this behavior,

but he told me that it hasn't set anything to cause this.

Is there a way to see individual "user block" lists or to understand what's going on ? 

I opened a case to support but is't still unresolved....

  • I have also noticed that almost every single time one of my users reports that someone called to tell them they were getting a bounce message is because of this "User Block List". Adding the domain to the global allow seems to resolve it. However, I found one today where I could actually log in to the SSP as the user. The email address in question was NOT in their list. Something else is happening.
