Is it possible to configure Sophos Central to automatically delete quarantined messages that have been flagged as having a Malicious URL?
Hello there,
Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
Can you share a screenshot of the quarantined email by the Malicious URL?
The email should be only visible for the Admin, and it won't show in the User Portal.
As if they can be deleted automatically, that would be a Feature Request that you can submit in the following URL (https://ideas.sophos.com/forums/428821-sophos-central)
Regards,
Hi Emmanuel,
That is correct. I can see the emails as admin in quarantine and I don't think the users can see them but I would like the mail filter to auto delete these types of emails and I was wondering if there was a setting that I could not find. Looks like you have answered my question and I would need to submit a feature request. Thank you for posting.
