Number of mailbox reports in Central Email Gateway

How can I get a number of how many (Active) mailbox I have in Central and How Many Distribution groups I have..

The number showing below the page "Displaying #" is not really helpful when you have over 300 records.

I cant believe there is no easy way to do this . I mean even an export button....
