Sophos Central - Email Gateway

So far I have

1) Added domain and verified and added IP address of where email should be forwarded to
2) Added mailboxes
3) Added mx records for my Sophos region (as shown in the configuration)
4) using mxtoolbox.com, verified that the listing is correct and done smtp test which works to both Sophos 


However, email is not reaching Sophos, nothing shows in dashboard, or logs or message history.

Have I missed a step?
